Welcome to my personal website. I am an Associate Professor of Economic Geography at the University of Cambridge, Department of Land Economy, and a Fellow of Fitzwilliam College, founded to broaden access to the same university.

I’m also a Visiting Fellow at LSE’s International Inequalities Institute, a Fellow at Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance, as well as an Associate Researcher at the University of Turin‘s Omero Centre of Urban Research.

I hold a Ph.D. from LSE and my past appointments include the Gran Sasso Science Institute and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

While studying I consulted for the European Parliament, worked for the European Commission, co-wrote a doc-film shown at MoMA in New York and learned cutting-edge skills working as an organic beekeeper, waiter, decorator and babysitter.
